How to do it

  1. 1Dribble low on one side with your knees bent.
  2. 2Push the ball hard across your body to your other hand.
  3. 3Keep the bounce below your knees.
  4. 4Make it quick so a defender can't steal it.
  5. 5Catch it low on the other side and keep going.

What the coach watches for

  • Stay low

You stood up tall. Bend your knees and stay low so you can change direction fast.

  • Cross it low

The crossover was high, which makes it easy to steal. Keep the ball below your knees.

  • Quicker crossover

The crossover was slow. Snap the ball across hard and fast.
