Set up your camera

Phone at hip height, about 3 metres away, facing you.

Your whole body, head to feet, needs to be in the picture. The coach will remind you if it can't see you.

How to do it

  1. 1Turn side-on to the ball as it rolls towards you.
  2. 2Drop one knee to the ground, next to your other heel.
  3. 3Make a wall with your leg so nothing gets past.
  4. 4Put your hands together in front, fingers pointing down.
  5. 5Watch the ball into your hands and hold the wall.

What the coach watches for

  • Knee down, make a wall

You were too high. Drop one knee to the ground behind your hands so nothing gets through.
